My background spans 20+ years as a finance executive across listed industrial and consumer goods companies in Northern Europe – including P&L ownership, shared service transformations, and ERP implementations. I also hold a PhD in Business Administration from Linköping University, with published research in European Management Journal and British Journal of Management.
The gap between academic research and what actually happens in finance organisations is wide. I write to close it.
